Criteria for Spotlight Award:
Have an enrollment of at least 50% low income students in 2007
Have had at least 60% of students meeting or exceeding standards in both reading and math in 2007
Have had at least 50% of students meeting or exceeding standards in both reading and math in 2005 and 2006 and
Must have Adequate Yearly Progress in 2006 and 2007.
