Athletic Physicals for Pana Unit #8

Cost of the Physical is $20.00 If a check is written, please make it payable to Pana Unit #8

HOP TESTS (Any student taking a physical must have a hop test prior to the physical)
HOP TESTS will not be given on the day of the physicals

 

HOP TESTS will be given in the Nurse's Office
Tuesday, July 31st, 2007       8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

Wednesday, August 1st, 2007     8:30 a.m. - 11:30 a.m. or 1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m.

 

PHYSICAL EXAM IS THURSDAY, AUGUST 2, 2007
The exams will be given in the library

   BOYS     12:30 p.m. (Boys must wear gym shorts)

GIRLS     1:00 P.M. (Girls may wear swim suits)
