Students at Lincoln Elementary finished up IAR testing with root beer floats. We are D.O.N.E with I.A.R.!!!!

The physics classes spent the class period today dropping eggs from various heights to see which group's egg crash platform could protect an egg from the highest drop. Students only got 20 sheets or paper, 1 meter of tape, scissors, and 20 minutes to design their device.
Mr. Lipe and Mr. Pumphery's Driver Education students heard from Mike Foster of Pana Fire Department and EMS. Mike always make a real life impression on our students.
7th grade students traveled to Shedd Aquarium in Chicago for their class trip on Friday, April 5th.
PJHS teachers Skyped with Monica Genta, author of Crushing it for Kids and Game Changers, during Wednesday's PLC time. They participated in a Q and A session to help them with strategies to engage and motivate students in the classroom.
6th grade language arts students a preparing a "How-To" writing activity and presentation that they will share with the class next week. Can't wait to see what each student will teach the class!
