The Pana XC runners participated in the Shelbyville Cross Country Regionals today at the General Dacey Trail. Kadence Rochkes finished 20th with a PR. Amber Smith finished 28th place. Madison Wilkins finished 54th.
The Pana XC runner Kadence Rochkes will advance to the Sectional Meet at Lakeland College on Saturday, November 2nd.
What's better than Friday night football? Friday night playoff football against our rivals from down the road! Next Friday, Nov. 1, Shelbyville will make the drive over to Brummett Field to take on your Panthers! Kickoff will be at 7:00. Be there to support your Panthers as they look to begin another deep playoff run!

Kadence will be running at Lakeland College in Mattoon next Saturday for the sectional meet.
