Washington Elementary School would like to participate in helping get the train car moved to Pana. I have attached a photo and the link below for information. We will be doing a 'penny drive' beginning on Monday to support this worthy cause and to help teach the kids about the history of our community and how the trains impacted Pana. Please see the attached link: https://panahistoricalsociety.org/store/move-the-caboose Please donate as you see fit and help us contribute to the effort! There is a jar located right outside my office to collect coins and cash to support this cause in our community. Every little bit will help with the move and then also with the restoration.
