Today we enjoyed a STEM challenge from Miss Hahnenkamp in the STEM Lab to create a candy tower using a limited supply of tooth picks and candy. The class discussed shape and structure ideas to get started. We may have some future architects in the room! Thanks for a fun and creative lesson Miss Hahnenkamp!

PJHS students and teachers have been reading The Wild Robot by Peter Brown. The movie was released at the end of September, so students have been discussing similarities and difference between the two. The famous questions is, which is better - book or movie?

As Kindergartners learned about fire safety this week, teachers read the book Lou, by Breanna Carzoo, and did some fun activities. Students LOVED the book. They said it was amazing, funny, and they laughed hysterically!
