Mrs. Simpson's classes had "snow" much fun learning their letters today. The kids used shaving cream to write their letters on the mats.

Kintergarten, 1st Grade, and 2nd Grade have been busy in the PES Library! Ms. Harlow, Mrs. Wright, and the students have been discussing all things PANCAKES! Students recently got to listen to the story, "If You Give a Pig a Pancake." Then, they discussed and charted their favorite pancake toppings and brought the story to life by coloring fun pig and pancake pictures. Our librarians have made a display of other books by the same author for kids to continue enjoying these fun stories. If you are looking for a book to read with with your K-2 student, check out books by Laura Numeroff, and maybe enjoy some yummy pancakes, too, with extra toppings of course!
