Congratulations to Pana Junior DB/WR Cash Lynch! Cash has been chosen as a member of the Illinois High School Football Coaches' Association Class 2A All-State Team! So far this season, Cash has 848 all-purpose yards on offense and 15 TDs, along with 50 tackles. He has also tied the single-season school record with 7 interceptions. He will be awarded his all-state plaque prior to the IHSA Class 2A State Championship Game on Friday, Nov. 29 at 12:30. Congratulations to Cash for an outstanding season. Pana High School and the entire Pana community are proud of you!

The Panther football team took home another thrilling victory today in the second round of the IHSA playoffs, knocking off SCC rival Vandalia 34-28. With the win, Coach Higgins will lead his 10-1 Panthers down to southern Illinois to take on 10-1 Johnston City next Saturday at 1:00. Be ready to hit the road and bring that famous Pana atmosphere to Johnston City and root the boys on to the semifinals!

Congratulations to Pana Choir students Cayden Hankins, Liberty Law, Aubrey Strohl, Milo Martell and Parker Durham as they performed in the ILMEA District 5 Vocal Jazz Ensembles on Monday, November 4! The young musicians enjoyed the tutelage of knowledgable and engaging guest conductors and then presented an amazing concert at the end of the day. It was a true honor to be selected for these groups and we are very proud of their accomplishments! Congratulations!
