A little reproduction dissection in Animal Science last week. We looked at a ram repro, cow and sow female repro tract to get a hands on view of the parts discussed in class.
There will be an informational meeting on Monday, May 22, at 4 pm in the Panther's Den for students taking Dual Enrollment or Dual Credit classes next year. Parents and students are encouraged to attend.
Graduation seating announcement: Each senior may pick up 6 tickets at the HS office.
The doors will open at 6:00 for those with tickets. The tickets will be collected at the door. Please do not save seats. At 6:15 the doors will be open to the general public.
Due to the possibility of inclement weather graduation this Friday will be in the gymnasium. Stay tuned for information regarding tickets.
Girls Softball regional game will be played on Wednesday May 17th at Effingham St. Anthony's field. Please note that there will be no concession stand so plan accordingly. There will also not be a gate fee so come out and watch a free game and support the Lady Panthers @ 4:30pm.

Today was "Ice Cream Sundae Monday" in Mrs. Schmitz's class. Students earned the party by passing 1500 Accelerated Reader quizzes this year! What an impressive group of readers! Way to go First Graders!

Mrs. King's students learned about engineering protective containers, Gravity, Drag, & Structure of Eggs for this STEM egg drop challenge. They were given a few supplies to work with. STEM = learning+ fun. Many eggs survived the indoor drop & out the 3rd floor window drop. There were NO failures, but tons of fun & learning.

Baseball regional game today has been moved. The game will now be played in Arthur behind the high school at 301 E. Columbia street @ 4pm. The bus will leave at 2pm today for all players that are going.
