PHS Introduction to Art students have officially started the print making process today! Each clear linoleum block is a unique design, hand carved, ink rolled, & pressed for the final product. Sometimes artists remove more lino, & other times they continue to ink & print! #art🎨
Mrs. Hardimon’s Geometry students have been learning how to use DESMOS to do constructions involving the centers of triangles!

We are still in need of families to host our German exchange students! They will be arriving on February 24th and staying with us for two weeks. This government-supported program is a huge opportunity for PHS students, as they will be able to travel to Germany next year at a heavily discounted rate.

Due to extenuating circumstances the Lakeland College Financial Aid Program at Pana High School scheduled for this evening (1/11/24) has been canceled. We are attempting to reschedule and will notify the community as soon as we are able to set a new date.
PHS Intro to Art Students are exploring the medium of Block Printing. Students draw out their 5 x 7 inch animal + background. They trace the image with sharpie. Third step is carving - removing the unwanted white negative spaces. In a way - students are creating custom stamps!
We would like to thank Central Commodity FS for their donation to the Pana FFA Chapter. This generous donation will be used for future leadership conferences for our chapter members.
3rd graders in Mrs. King's class were learning about plural nouns today. Do you know how to spell puppy as a plural noun? Her students do!!!
