Mrs. Sloan’s class was the top selling classroom at Lincoln School during the PTO fundraiser! They celebrated by having a pizza party! 🍕🍕

Pana CUSD #8 is pleased to report that today, October 18, 2022, we held a groundbreaking ceremony for the new elementary school.
Congratulations to 4th grade student Vincent Lebon on passing all his levels of Xtra Math already! This program works on addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division facts!!
PHS Biology students were investigating the effects of temperature and pH on the efficiency of the enzyme catalase. Lab skills were definitely on display today!
Today the Agribusiness classes traveled to Greenville to tour Marcoot Dairy and the Sale Barn. They even stopped by a local plant shop.

Jake Romano from Illini Grad Sales came and talked to the seniors today about graduation gear. Seniors were given a catalog and order form. Mr Romano will be back on 10/26/22 to collect orders.
Monday evening the Pana FFA officer team beat the curse of the mummy with 20 minutes to spare. They learned a lot about communication and reading to find the clues.

PHS Art Club finally took their club photos with their custom made shirts. Yes created here at PHS! Art Club is also experimenting with the Cricut machine, borrowed computer, and borrowed Cricut heat press to make custom tote bags...Holiday or Namesake themed. We have fun!
