State Representative Brad Halbrook spoke to 7th grade students on Tuesday at PJHS. Mr. Halbrook explained his role as a representative for the 102nd District and answered questions that they students prepared. Seventh grade students were finishing up their unit on Illinois history and government. We appreciate Mr. Halbrook taking time out of his day to meet with our students.

Mrs. Schmitz’s class had fun celebrating the 100th Day of School! We were secret agents trying to complete missions in our classroom. We dusted for fingerprints, used magnifying glasses to find math equations, and played dice games. We had so much fun using the number 100!

PHS Crafts class broke open two new Ipads. The students are creating Calligraphy cards - their choice of theme found on Google Classroom. A student needed help cutting out a heart shape - the cricut machine assisted with that! Technology rocks! #Ipads #Syncing #Cricutmachine #Art
