
PJHS Student Council planned and led our Pop-Up Party Wednesday morning. Each grade level participated in relay races and enjoyed popsicles outside.


Just wanted to invite you all to enjoy the acting and musical talents of our PHS Drama Club as they present "We're All in This Together", a showcase of songs and plays that explore the highs and lows of life throughout different stages in life. It will be a unique and super-fun evening of entertainment and we hope you can all join us! The show will be presented on Friday, March 22 at 6:30pm in the Junior High Auditorium. Admission at the door is $10 for adults, $8 for Students K-12 and Pre-K and under free! Please feel free to email Mrs. Chase (achase@panaschools.com) with any questions, and come support our kids! The PJHS Panther Den hosted its annual Hero Breakfast on Tuesday. Students served local law enforcement, fire departments, and first responders in the local area.




Congratulations to senior John Berns as he performed the National Anthem at the IHSA Boys Basketball Championship games on Saturday, March 9. Pana High School and the Pana Music Department were very well-represented by this talented musician! Fifth great Art students at Lincoln are learning about one point perspective. They have created beautiful masterpieces!





Art students in fourth grade at Lincoln are making three dimensional organic sculptures. They have been very creative in their shapes and designs.





The non-monetary Honors Day at PHS will be on Monday April 29th at 1:15pm. Parents and the community are welcome to attend. Doors will open at 1:00pm.

Faith Wheeler from Shelby Electric Cooperative visited Mrs. Mathis' 4th grade today. She talked about electrical safety and solar power. She also shared some of the tools that lineman use to stay safe on the job. The presentation went perfectly with the current reading unit in the classroom!

Lincoln School was fortunate to have friends from Germany visit us last week during their stay in the USA! Our German friends were able to tell us about their language, country, customs, and future goals! All of the students loved the interaction!

Animal Science has been learning about animal nutrition and balancing feed rations. Today they formulated their own feed ration mix for a snack time in class, Chex mix style.
